George Mavromaras

George Mavromaras, Board Member of Bakehellas, has 35 years’ experience in the bakery industry and brings operational experience and industry vision to the company. He plays an active role within the industry, maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and top executives in major international peer groups.

Mr Mavromaras has held the position of Chairman of the Greek Union of Industrial Bread Manufacturers and the position of Chairman of the European Federation of Industrial Bakeries AIBI (2013-2015).

His academic background includes a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Essex and an MSc in European Studies from the London School of Economics.
