Please note that VAT at 19 % is excluded from the above prices and will/should be added to the fee before payment.

Networking for registered delegates

Identify and connect with other delegates. In the Registration Form, please check the box “I wish to identify and connect with other delegates via chat” and from the moment your registration is confirmed and for up to one month after the Congress, you will have access to a dedicated one-on-one online chat platform with the other registered delegates, facilitating networking throughout the congress.

Access to online chat platform for delegates is in preparation and will be available shortly.

By attending AIBI Congress you have consented to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by AIBI Congress, its sponsors/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future.

Personal data protection

AIBI Congress personal data protection/retention policy.
This data protection/retention and privacy policy explains how AIBI uses and manages the personal data we collect from Congress delegates, in compliance with the EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/769). It applies to all personal data processed.

Your personal data are being collected for the purpose of managing your participation at the AIBI congress. We will use them for general information purposes (collective mailing, newsletters, etc.) related to the Congress, unless you have opted out. We will store these data with a view to providing follow-up information and information about next edition of the Congress.

When we rely on contractually bound third-party companies and external service providers to provide our services, they may need to process personal data, but it will be permitted only for the purposes and duration specified by us and under the applicable data protection laws.

AIBI will not use your data for general/untargeted marketing purposes and will not share your data with external organisations for such marketing purpose. Your name, position, company name and country will be included in the list of delegates in delegates’ package. Upon your agreement in the registration form, you will be included in the Congress chat platform, which is reserved for delegates, and will operate from your registration for up to one month after the Congress. You are at any time entitled to access, seek the correction and deletion of your personal data, and access your personal registration data.

Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to , by April 1, 2024 deadline to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued after this date. If a registration is cancelled after that date, the company sending the cancelling delegate may send someone in their place as a substitute at no additional charge or penalty. All substitutions must also be submitted in writing to (Mr. Didier Jans).

In the event the congress is cancelled due to force majeure (for example Covid 19) and delegates registrations and payments are being processed, the organiser undertakes to reimburse all delegate payments less registration and bank costs of 25 €. The organiser takes no responsibility for the cancellation policy for accommodation or travel arrangements.
