Thomas Lesaffre

Thomas Lesaffre holds an Engineering degree from the Université Technologique de Compiègne (UTC) and an Executive MBA from INSEAD. After serving as a Consultant at Accenture, he joined the Lesaffre group in 2005 and held various positions of responsibility in Turkey, Spain and Argentina, before becoming General Manager of Lesaffre Italy in 2013.

In 2017, he returned to the Group’s headquarters in France and served as Marketing Director for Baking Ingredients before being appointed as Baking Marketing Director of Lesaffre Group in 2022. Thomas is also the president of FEDIMA and a COFALEC board member.
