Tony Smith

Tony Smith has been with the baking industry for 20 years and has worked in various roles supporting the association. In 2010 he was part of the establishing group to formulate a national body bringing all the states and territories together as one body to support the baking industry, working with many government bodies to allow this to happen.

Today the national body BAA supports bakeries large and small across the country. Tony has held previous positions in membership-based and hospitality companies, allowing that knowledge and expertise to provide a positive footing for the Baking Association Australia.
