Ségolène Foissac

With over ten years of experience at Gira, Ségolène has built a diverse career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. She began by working on various strategic categories, including dairy and meat, before specializing in bakery, pastry, and viennoiserie (BVP). As Anne Fremaux’s right-hand person for several years, she organized and managed the execution of major European studies on the bakery industry over the past six years.

Their studies focus on understanding European BVP markets, with a view across the entire production and distribution chain, enabling clients to transform data into concrete actionable insights. Today, she leads the identification of client needs, manages the bakery consultant team, and prepares future sector studies, contributing to informed decision-making for key players in the BVP industry.
