Raymond Nogael

Raymond Nogael, currently serving as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Sustainability at Mecatherm, boasts a robust academic background. He holds degrees from the IPAG Business School and the University of Westminster, complemented by an Executive Management certificate from INSEAD.

His immersion in the industrial world began after completing his university studies. Spending nearly 11 years at ArvinMeritor, he later transitioned to CNH Industrial, a Fiat subsidiary, where he held senior positions in Communication, Marketing EMEA, and served as Head of Global Services. Joining Mecatherm’s executive committee in 2015, Raymond ascended to President of the North America division in 2018, overseeing the development of subsidiaries in Atlanta and Toronto, particularly following the successful integration of ABI’s acquisition.
