Biography
Graduated from SKEMA Business School, Jean-Manuel Lévêque began his career with the Milling business of Grands Moulins de Paris in France, later taking charge of the third-countries flour export business. He then joined Delifrance, a leading company specialized in frozen bakery products, where he was initially the international manager, and then, for 15 years, held the position of CEO, expanding in Europe and Asia with direct presence in 20 countries.
He left Delifrance in 2018 and became the Chairman and co-owner of Novepan, a medium-size company active in the bake-off industry with 7 factories in France.
Jean-Manuel Lévêque is a member of the Board and Treasurer of the French Federation of Industrial Bakeries (FEB). He represents ANIA, the French umbrella organisation for food, at the Board of FoodDrinkEurope since June 2025, and is President of AIBI (International Association of Plant Bakeries) since May 2024.
