Graduate of Normandy Business School, Didier Boudy is now, at the age of 53, heading the Mademoiselle Desserts group.
After starting out in selective distribution and then in central purchasing, he continued his career in 1995 in the agri-food sector, never to leave it again. Didier joined the Boulangerie Viennoiserie Pâtisserie/Bakery sector in 2001. Supported by investment funds together with 5 colleagues, he took over the company Martine Spécialités in 2009 and became its chairman. Since then, he has developed the group.
This group is today the leader in premium frozen pastry. It brings together 8 sites in France, 3 in the UK and 1 in the Netherlands, as well as its head office in the Paris area. Mademoiselle Desserts has 1,900 employees and generates € 350 million in turnover, more than a third of which is outside France.
