Raymond Nogael

Raymond Nogael is President & CEO of MECATHERM and CEO of TMG. He has extensive international experience in business development, strategic marketing and commercial leadership within industrial markets.

Before joining TMG in 2015, he held senior leadership roles at ArvinMeritor and CNH Industrial (FIAT Group). Within TMG, he contributed to the group’s international expansion, including the development of service operations and supported key strategic integrations. He also oversaw sales and sustainable development initiatives at group level prior to his appointment in 2024 as President of MECATHERM and CEO of TMG.

A graduate of business schools in France and the UK, he also holds an Executive Management diploma from INSEAD.
