Jacob Molenaar has more than 40 years of experience in the international bakery and food industry. He holds certificates and qualifications in food technology, baking and milling, teaching, management and business administration. He held various management positions up to COO level of large international milling- and baking companies. During his career he dealt with major mergers, built new factories according to the newest industry standards, implemented quality systems, and realized durable major improvements in efficiency and turn around projects.
